I Tried Amazon’s Best-Selling Weight Loss Product: My 7-Day Experience

Lately, I’ve been curious about the countless weight loss supplements on Amazon, so I decided to test one of their best-selling products for myself.

I wanted to see whether the hype is real or just marketing fluff. Since it’s a best-seller, there must be a reason people are buying it, right?

To start, I went on Amazon and typed in “weight loss.” The very first non-sponsored product that appeared caught my attention.

It was priced at $20—a small enough investment to give it a try without breaking the bank.

My goal was simple: give you an honest, unbiased review, and figure out whether it actually works.

I want to be clear: this review is not sponsored. No one is paying me to try this supplement. I’m just sharing my personal experience, day by day, to help anyone curious about this product.

Why I Chose This Product

The supplement is marketed as a fat burner for women, promising to help with three main goals:

  1. Burn fat
  2. Tone up
  3. Slim down

I was intrigued because these are exactly the results most of us are looking for. What caught my attention even more were the 38,000 reviews.

You can’t fake that many reviews, and most of them were positive.

While there were some negative reviews, I found that reassuring—it made the product feel authentic.

The product claims to do several things, including:

  • Support weight loss and metabolism
  • Target belly fat
  • Contain raspberry ketones
  • Suppress appetite
  • Reduce bloating

It comes as a 60-count bottle, with instructions to take two capsules three times a day, 20–30 minutes before meals, with 8 oz of water.

Because I wanted a real test, I did not change my diet or my exercise routine during this period. I wanted to see if the supplement alone had any measurable effect on my body.

Day 1: First Impressions

Opening the bottle, my first thought was: “Whoa, these pills are huge.” Taking three of these per day seemed like it could quickly become a chore.

Anyone with a busy schedule might find it challenging to remember.

I took my first serving with about half of an 8 oz glass of water and waited to see what would happen.

At this point, I didn’t notice any immediate effect, but I was committed to the seven-day experiment.

What Reviews Reveal

Before diving into my experience, I wanted to check what others were saying.

Top Review:
A user named Ariella reported that the supplement was “fast acting” and effective at reducing appetite.

She shared that even small portions of food felt filling and that she could feel energized all day without getting hungry.

Lowest Review:
On the other hand, Maria said that the product did nothing for her. She followed the instructions exactly, exercised regularly, and ate well—but saw no changes in appetite or weight.

She mentioned that a bottle only lasted 10 days, which highlighted that this supplement could get expensive if it didn’t work for you.

This showed me one important fact: results vary by individual. Some people see immediate changes, while others might see little difference.

Days 2–3: Early Observations

By day 2, I didn’t notice anything significant. I was eating my usual meals, including a large family dinner at my mom’s house.

Haitian feasts are notoriously generous, and I definitely indulged—but that was part of testing the supplement under normal conditions.

By day 3, I decided to weigh myself out of curiosity. To my surprise, I had already lost one pound.

Up until then, I had been skeptical about whether this supplement could actually work. Despite the hassle of taking three large pills every day, the results were already starting to show.

Days 4–5: Appetite Control and Motivation

On day 4, I noticed a clear change in my appetite. Normally, I would serve myself four or five spoonfuls of a meal, but I found I could comfortably eat only three.

Finishing the meal without feeling overly full was a significant difference for me.

By day 5, something unexpected happened—I felt motivated to exercise. While doing my hair, I suddenly felt the urge to go to the gym and run.

I ran for 15 minutes and felt great afterward. It was surprising how the supplement seemed to influence not just appetite but also energy and motivation, at least for me.

Day 7: Results After One Week

By day 7, my eating habits had naturally adjusted. Taking smaller portions became easier, and I noticed my weight had decreased slightly.

While the supplement claims to reduce bloating and specifically target belly fat, I didn’t see a dramatic difference in bloating or abdominal appearance.

However, the most noticeable change for me was portion control. Eating less is directly linked to weight loss, so this is a valuable benefit on its own.

While the product may not work the same for everyone, for me, it appeared to support my weight management efforts over the seven days.
